This weekend was a double whammy for George Clooney's leading lady, Stacy Keibler, as the former Dancing with the Stars contestant celebrated Cinco de Mayo ahead of George's 51st birthday on May 6.

On Saturday, Stacy hosted a bar-tending contest at Mixology 101 at Planet Dailies in Los Angeles.
"I'm excited to try the cocktails," said Stacy, who had the bar tenders whip up a "special" drink for her during her first time at the popular bar and lounge.
Fans might be excited about the possibility of seeing Stacy return to DWTS in an all-star edition, but the 32-year-old actress and model kept mum on any potential plans, saying, "I don't know. You'll have to wait and find out."

I think,all she said is that she has been to Cabo about seven times since September ,which probably is true and there is not a reference that she goes with friends or George or that she is planning to go sometime soon. She was careful what she said. Somebody who does not that know she is dating George, wouldn't even know that is where she goes with him or that he has a house there. She was trying to give the image that she loves to go to Mexico and this is where she vacations. Before she went with George, I think she was photographed there other years. I wonder since George and Rande are now in the tequila business, with their own private label, has anything to do with this appearance.

I'm watching Access Hollywood and they showed same clip---Billy Bush mentions how she started dating GC around October....so we aren't the only ones who noticed that...

So, to recap, when Stacy and George began dating, she was best known for a stint on Dancing with the Stars and was hosting bar competitions. Approximately ten months, endless publicity, and a new agency later, she's...hosting bar events and potentially appearing on Dancing with the Stars.

I hope this relationship is really about love and not career, because she's like a hamster on a wheel.

I am sure it was hoped that SK would get better gigs as G's escort. She certainly charged a higher fee. In these harder economic times is the public fed-up with overpaid faux-celebs? Do we expect more? I think that the one mistake SK made is that she needed to try much harder to connect with a wider segment of the populace, if she really wanted their continued support without G on her arm. And that's why G is a superstar above and beyond being a well-known actor. Even he may not realize that he can easily survive growing older and grayer, as well as politically daring projects and positions, as long as the paps hold him in relatively high esteem.

Well she hasn't actually gone far in her career that's for sure. At the end of the day it does help to have some talent. So Billy is only counting her dating George from when they made their first appearance together then.

Well it just goes to show you all those years of Spanish in school and she really didn't learn anything or just did not pay attention in class. Her depth of knowledge I am sure is what George was attracted to.

When you give Stacy a microphone does not understand anything and says shit! The only thing they have in common is the language of Spain and Mexico, but Stacy has never heard of (in many years of school of the Maya?)

AND...she was in the Spanish Honor Society.....

All I can say with the video is OUCH......yea, that "event" wasn't very well attended and okay, just OUCH. I'm sure she really isn't as vapid as she seems but ding dang, with watching her on some of these videos, her airheadedness, I would be scared for her if she went out in a strong breeze, she might get blown away. I just really hope it is all in the editing and not like that in real life.

So that little gig was for both the Mexican Tourist Board and Mixology 101. Not a bad day's work at all financially. Pretty good connections too

I think when said she really loves the Spanish culture it would have been better if she said Hispanic culture which encompasses all Spanish speaking countries.

it's like people say Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese - it's proper today to just say "Asian." And easier. LOL
