Isn't he just the cutest??!!! I think when he was on Leno and they showed that pic, he said that his mom had given him that haircut. He did NOT say it lovingly though!! hahahaha

I wouldn't have said it lovingly either my mum used to do the same thing with me. Glasses and a white skivey......poor George!
