They’ve still got it.
George and Amal Clooney were snapped in their date-night duds as they boarded a speedboat to head to dinner in Lake Como, Italy, where the A-lister famously owns an 18th-century villa.

Per paps, the couple was headed to dinner with family at the luxe Grand Hotel Tremezzo. George, clad in a crisp white shirt and gray suit, and Amal, wearing a beautifully fit white dress, were joined by her sister Tala Alamuddin and her husband and their mother, Baria Alamuddin.
The Clooneys — who wed in 2014 and share 4-year-old twins Alexander and Ella — “didn’t spend time in Lake Como last year,” a source told People Magazine last month. “It’s the first time in two years that they are back in Italy. They seem thrilled to be back. Friends that they didn’t see during the pandemic are very excited that they are back.”

Clooney isn’t the only celeb who’s a fan of the area: Madonna, Donatella Versace and Richard Branson all either own or have owned properties there. Clooney purchased his 30-room Villa Oleandra there in 2002.
Clooney has kept a somewhat low profile, work-wise, this year. Following the harrowing shoot for last year’s “Midnight Sky,” which he also directed, the actor, 60, has mostly confined himself to late-night appearances and virtual reunions.

He told Jimmy Kimmel in January that he’s continued to cut his own hair — and his son’s — with the Flowbee, a “vacuum haircutting system” dating back to the 1980s, but that Amal would “kill” him if he attempted to use the same tech on their daughter.
Clooney also joked in April that the “ER” virtual reunion had been “disastrous” for his marriage to Amal, as their rewatch of the show in preparation for the livestream revealed “all the terrible things I did as Dr. [Doug] Ross.” 








The couple tied the knot in 2014.

She seems to have gotten over it.

Just like old times. Seeing George out and about with family.  George and Amal look great and very relaxed.  Nice that they get another night out without the twins.

Apparently she was there - as were the two nephews from the wedding who've leapt in height by the look of it.

George Clooney was the perfect gentleman as he helped escort wife Amal after a dinner date in Lake Como on Wednesday. 
The couple had been joined by Amal's sister Tala and mother Baria Alamuddin for dinner at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo with the group heading back via boat. 
Ensuring his wife didn't stumble in her towering heels, George, 60, offered up his hand as Amal, 43, gracefully made her way off the pier.

George and Amal jetted off to Italy earlier this summer to celebrate their twins' Ella and Alexander's fourth birthday.
A source told E! News last month the the family 'haven't been there in two years' but they'll be spending the summer at their family home, Villa Oleandra.
They added: 'They brought along their giant St. Bernard puppy, Rosie. They will be spending as much of the summer as they can in Lake Como.'

Meanwhile, the Midnight Sky star – who wed Amal in 2014 – recently said he didn't realise there was something missing in his life until he met his spouse.
Speaking on Today back in March, he said: 'There are some people, their goal was: "I have to have children." Mine wasn't. I wasn't looking at life, going: "My life will be unfulfilled without children." I felt like I had a pretty full life.
'Then I met Amal and realized that my life had been pretty empty. And then when you throw these two kids in there, then suddenly you realise how incredibly empty it was.'

George admitted fatherhood has also made his life less empty, and explained having children has given him 'everything' that Hollywood could not.
He said: '[I have] a sense of belonging and a sense of home and unconditional love – all the things that you were hoping you could get from a really good career and a dog. You realise that this is a lot more than that.'
And the Ocean's Eleven actor has since been teaching his young children to play pranks on their unsuspecting mother.
'My whole job really is to teach them terrible things. And I really do enjoy teaching my children to do things that shock their mother.
'And it's fun because, you know, Amal, she'll be talking to a judge on a trial in the Sudan or a trial in Myanmar … she's having very serious conversations and then my son'll come in with a nappy on his head. This is a stroke of genius, you know.'
