A great comedy that holds up over time takes just as much (or more) skill and talent -filmmaking genius- as any historical drama. Same can be said for a tense thriller, and other genres. But George seems to have found what he thinks is his wheelhouse, and is appropriate for a man of his worldly interests, and I just think he's selling himself short creatively in pursuit of that.

It almost feels like he thinks anything other than historical or issue films are a lark. And that's a creativity killer. (Note, I said "feels like." To me. Of course, there's no way for me to know that.)

His production company was involved with 'Money Monster.' They exec produced 'Our Brand Is Crisis.' (I think he was just a hired gun on 'Tomorrowland.') And I get the feeling that 'Suburbicon' was something he could do relatively quickly and at home; he has people on staff to keep busy, too, remember, and his other projects are far down the pipeline.

George, darling George!.....I am going to give you the best piece of advice you will get this year......HIRE THIS WOMAN.....Way2 has an awareness when it comes to YOU she thinks, filters and percolated good sound commercial sense.....business sense....

You are lucky to have found her... move a desk into your LA office....and get her to look over every project that passes over your doorstep....when she is not too busy invite her into your office to look over those post it's you screen write on... and ask her to join them up - as she see's fit... and ahem ADD A BIT OF HER OWN STUFF...

Take my advice it's free.... it's karma....might even be a bit of that old alchemy your so fond of....Happy 2017....

Ps. Offer her whatever it takes....you can't put a price on success....

He is missing a brick in the wall, that's all....Way2 has the talent, and she understands him....his work...

It's like being in the Olympics you only have to miss by a fraction of a second NOT to get the meddle....Way2 could mend the fraction....

People are onions, when you peel back a little it reveals something you never imagined....Way2 seen good bit of peel fly off ...She won't let him down....

People say that his PR team keep an eye on this board....So PR people do The Boss a favour....introduce him to Way2......

I hope way2 has the time....Ooops...She would help a friend...wouldn't she???

Dead right Way2....I think people (and horses) have muscle memory, we also have spirit memory, emotion memory, shock memory, this is the personal connection.....

What it really means is that our day to day decision making is capped or expanded by a non-conscience thought....We do things - and we have no idea why we are compelled to do them....

"The issue" you talk about has to be resolved/recognised .....otherwise, like the rest of the human race, he will make the same mistake over and over...and miss The Meddle....By a fraction.....
