A George Clooney Moment

There is a large screen TV located near the ladies' fitting room area at my local JC Penney store, where people gather to take a break from shopping. I was sitting there next to two women when the "Roseanne" show came on (the TV was tuned to the "TV Land" channel). George Clooney as Booker Brooks was on that episode that was playing.

I pointed out George Clooney on the screen to the two women that I was sitting with. One of them said, "Oh, the same one from the shoe store at McAlpin's?" CHA-CHING!!! Talk about people remembering George while he still lived here, and selling women's shoes!!

That put a huge smile on my face

Yea write him and tell him cause the next time he gets an inkling to have a Reese Witherspoon "Don't you know who I am?" moment that shoe store salesman story will take him down a notch! HA!!

That above-mentioned incident can only happen in Cincinnati, Ohio for baby-boomers and older people.

Maybe George really has a deep dark foot fetish

Fetishes develop from difficult moments and one must begin to use one's imagination on the prob and see things in a dif light. And then, the prob no longer exists, but in its place.... well... imagination can be something else sometimes. But you sort of have to stop an alalyze your feelings and what you have been thinking about to catch it. Most don't bother. And then there's the feeling of "got to do" or "got to have" which makes some pretty kinky things into fettishes at times.

And its not true that everyone has one. I have to say, I never developed any. Usually just stopped doing or being around the situation that caused a prob serious enough to warrent using the imagination that way.


Unless you consider some relationshops between some men and women to be a fetish in action? hehehehehe

I know this might be the wrong place, but it's still of a theme! But shopping yesterday my local Omega has taken Georgie down both front & back posters and just left Nicole! How rude!!!! They at least could have given me the posters!!!! Dose anyone know if G's been dumped by Omega??

I would have thought it unlikely. He's very involved with a lot of Swatch projects at boardroom level I think, and a couple of years ago attended the funeral in Switzerland of the man who started the company
