ry this: Doing side lunges tones thighs. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then step to the right.

Once your right foot is on the floor, shift your weight towards it, bending the right knee as you do.

Lunge until your thigh is vertical to the floor and your right knee is aligned with your right foot.

Your left leg should be as straight as possible.

The heels of both feet should stay flat on the floor. Your arms can be positioned anywhere that helps you balance.

Exhale and push off firmly with your right foot, returning to start position. Repeat on the opposite side. Complete the entire movement ten times.
