Brad Pitt made a flying visit to see best friend George Clooney and his new twins on his way home from Glastonbury.
Divorced Brad , 53, flew by helicopter to George’s country home in Oxfordshire, landing in the field next door.

He was able to meet George's twins - Ella and Alexander - for the first time during the flying visit.
The two Hollywood heart-throbs have been friends since they worked together on Ocean’s Eleven in 2001, and George has helped Brad through his split from Angelina Jolie, 42.
The friends were previously ­reported to have fallen out because Angelina did not get on with George’s human rights lawyer wife Amal, 39, who gave birth to twins Ella and Alexander last month.

But our source has ­revealed that George, 56, has supported Brad through his ­divorce and “stopped him going off the rails”. The source said: “George and Brad have grown really close since he split from Angelina.

It was Brad’s first time at the festival and he was given a special tour by his friend, former Oasis star Noel Gallagher, and Noel’s wife Sarah.
An onlooker said: “Brad hung out with Noel and David for most of the festival.

Brad Pitt has not met George Clooney’s twins, despite a spate of fake news stories.Gossip Cop can exclusively correct these made-up claims. Clooney and Pitt insiders assure us it’s all 100 percent untrue.

The serial fabricators at HollywoodLife cooked up a totally fictitious article about the non-existent meeting, complete with bogus quotations. It’s precisely because of this kind of faux journalism that the often discredited site has earned the nickname HollywoodLies. In it’s latest attempt to dupe readers, search engines, and other outlets, the untrustworthy webloid claims a “source” close to Pitt told the blog, “Brad’s heart melted when he saw George holding the twins. He’s never known his friend to look so complete and content.”

Naturally, HollywoodLies doesn’t mention where or when this encounter supposedly took place with Pitt, Clooney and the latter’s babies. And there’s good reason. It never happened. Simply, the site manufactured the entire story and its quotations.

While Gossip Cop has repeatedly caught the website concocting numerous stories about each actor individually, it’s also not the first time we’ve exposed the outlet for making up tall tales involving both stars. As we have noted before, right after Brangelina split up, HollywoodLies crafted a fake news article about how Clooney was supporting Pitt after he and Angelina Jolie announced they were divorcing. The phony claim, however, blew up in HollywoodLies’ face when Clooney was approached by a CNN reporter in New York later that day and admitted on-camera that he “didn’t know” they had broken up, adding, “That’s the first I’ve heard of it.”

Unfortunately, that’s not the only outlet to have falsely claimed Pitt met Clooney’s newborns, Ella and Alexander. The Mirror also published a completely untrue article that contends Pitt flew a helicopter from the Glastonbury Festival to Clooney’s property outside of London, just so that he could see the twins. The British tabloid writes that Pitt “landed in the field next door to Clooney’s home in Oxfordshire where he was able to meet his twins for the first time.” The paper even quotes its own misinformed or made-up “source” as saying Pitt was overheard at the Glastonbury Festival telling friends, “He was very excited about George becoming a dad for the first time.

Of course, the tabloid also has zero details about the supposed get-together because, much like HollywoodLies’ report about Pitt meeting Clooney’s twins, it’s all untrue. A Pitt confidante assures Gossip Cop that talk of a get-together in England with the twins is fake news, and a Clooney insider also tells us it’s not true.
