Thanks annemarie for the live link.
It was great....and a sunny afternoon in
London too !
George was busy as ever signing and selfi-interacting
with the fans, especially the youngsters in the crowd.
Hugh Laurie said he couldn't find any dirt to dish
on George....although he tried. Lol.
All in all a lovely live stream to enjoy.

That's an interesting picture of the Norton set.
It makes it look so small. Lol.
So you didn't go into London pan for the Blue Carpet
Appearances ? It was an excellent live stream and covered everything very well I thought.

Interesting interview from Yahoo UK
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
George Clooney: We should elect politicians who can give us a brighter future
Hollywood heartthrob George Clooney said he believes it is up to society to elect politicians who they believe can give us all a brighter future.
The 54-year-old signed autographs and posed for selfies with screaming fans at the premiere of his new film Tomorrowland: A World Beyond in Leicester Square.
He was joined on the red (well blue) carpet by Hugh Laurie, who plays the villain in the Disney movie, and ones-to-watch young co-stars Britt Robertson and Raffey Cassidy.
The sci-fi adventure, directed by Brad Bird, was inspired by the futuristic land at the Disney theme parks and Walt Disney’s optimistic vision of a utopian future.
George plays Frank Walker a former boy-genius inventor in the adventure movie who has become jaded about the future of the world, until he teams up with a teenage girl who is determined to save it.

George, who is rumoured to be planning a move into US politics, said: “I do believe that’s how we work it out – politicians are elected by us, so we as a collective can always make things better and we always have.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.](Ian West/PA)
“I really do believe that every time things seem very bleak, and I believe that they look very bleak right now, we figure it out. We have to, that’s how society moves forwards.”
George, who married human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin last year said he feels happier about life since tying the knot.

“I’m a happily married man,” he said. “I’m very happy.”
But he dodged any questions about starting a family of his own.
Comedian and blues singer Hugh, 55, plays scientist David Nix, the villainous scientist who has given up on the world.
But Hugh revealed he has become a more optimistic person as he grows older.
He said: “For me it was the other way round. I was a rather gloomy sort of kid, and I think I’ve got more optimistic as the years have gone by.
“It’s partly an effort of will. I think to a degree we all have the power to change it, what we think about the future and what we think about the world, and I’m trying as hard as I can to be a sunnier person than I was.”

Thanks to newzcard for all the great selection
of pictures and thanks for posting them here !
Having watched the live stream, those photos
represent the exciting occasion very well.
They missed out two amusing things though when George was chatting and signing.
Someone gave him a Batman head peice to sign !!
Also a handbag was presented for him to sign and he verbally checked first that it was OK to do that.

Never let it be said I don't give it my all.....Florence to Pisa to London to NOWHERE!!!!!
Only evening flights from Florence to London...so...
Train from Florence to Pisa at the crack of dawn..... bang on time....Tick
Ryanair (UGH) from Florence to London 12.55 arriving 14.20 PURRRRFECT.....BUT.
My flight had problems and I landed way gone 7pm......and Tomorrowland would have been well over.....BUT every cloud has a silver lining....I broke my neck running through Stansted and made the last flight HOME YA.....Stuck the telly on when I got home...and as if by magic there was my Darling Boy on Sky news.
Maybe I should have done the arial acrobats needed to get to Valencia....but I just couldn't get out in time for work
Shanghai anyone?.....(JK)
Ps, Off to bed tired and disappointed, but I will dream, that lovely place where anything can happen.

Thank you thank you to everyone posting videos and pictures today. I know it takes time and effort and I really appreciate it. I'm just now getting around to checking out George at the premiere today. Looks like he really enjoyed himself. And he was so approachable to so many interviewers. He is such a delight!

Raffey Cassidy got Tomorrowland gift from Clooney
Raffey Cassidy was gifted a diamond bracelet by George Clooney.
The 13-year-old actress - who starred alongside the 54-year-old actor in new science fiction thriller 'Tomorrowland' - has described her co-star, as "caring" and a "fun guy to work with" after he bought her the sparkly present.
Talking to BANG Showbiz at the premiere of 'Tomorrowland' at the Odeon Cinema in Leicester Square, she said: "He's somebody to look up to because he's so caring and just a really fun guy to work with. He's very intelligent and knows so much about the world. I just had so much fun and learnt so much from him.
"He's always so caring. He got me a nice gift, a really nice bracelet that was ... it had like a really cute little diamond in the middle. It was very nice. I was like, 'Wow, this is so pretty, thank you!'"
The 'Dark Shadows' star revealed the pair got on so well on set they even shared playful pranks and were always messing around.
She explained: "He played many pranks. He joked about me having to go to school, but in a funny way. We'd do this thing whereby he'd throw a slow motion punch at me and I'd fake react and then he just carries on."
But despite the fancy gift and spending time with Clooney at the film's premieres, the young starlet is yet to make it into his phone book.
She added: "Since filming wrapped I've seen him quite a lot with all of the promoting, the premieres. Unfortunately, I don't have his number - I regret that part!"

Unfortunately, I don't have his number - I regret that part!"
a diamond bracelet WOW How nice...

Yes I can well imagine that G&A can't wait to
get back to Lake Como to unwind.
I'm always amazed at the energy he has to
cover all of these film commitments.

Sweet, sweet George. So kind to his fans and rarely ever without a Sharpie. Wonder if he gets them in bulk from COSTCO?

Belmont teenager meets George Clooney at film premiere

A BELMONT teenager and his family had a taste of the spotlight when they met the stars of new Disney film Tomorrowland at its premiere in London.
Jake Perry, 13, suffers from a rare gut disorder and was undergoing tests at Great Ormond Street Hospital in the capital when staff asked whether he was interested in attending the film premiere.
He was joined by his mum, Nikki, dad Kevin, sister Alex and brother Ben, rubbing shoulders with stars like George Clooney, Hugh Laurie, Britt Robertson as well as the film's director, Brad Bird.
Mrs Perry said: "We had been down there for a week and someone from the hospital had approached us as they had been given tickets to give out. So we were asked if we would like to attend the premiere [in Leicester Square].
"We went along and were given our own little section within the crowds where they made sure that all the people involved in the production came and said hello to us.
"We were very excited to be asked to go along and watch the premiere as we hadn't been before and it was a great experience."
Tomorrowland tells the story of a former boy genius and a teenage girl, who travel to an ambiguous dimension known as "Tomorrowland", where their actions directly affect the world and themselves.
Jake, who receives support from nurses at Hereford's Kite Centre, ordinarily receives treatment in Birmingham but had been in London at Great Ormond Street Hospital for some further tests during the week.
"It was a really nice treat, especially when your family are split up during the week," added Mrs Perry.
